摘要
目的探究系统化口腔护理在慢性牙周炎护理管理中的应用。方法选2018年03月至2019年03月间在我院收治的慢性牙周炎患者98例,随机平均分为研究组和对照组两组各49例。对照组采用传统的常规护理模式,研究组在对照组的基础上实行系统化口腔护理,对比两组患者的治疗依从性及满意程度。结果研究组患者的治疗依从性及满意程度均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在慢性牙周炎患者的护理工作中应用系统化口腔护理能明显提高治疗依从性及满意程度,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of systematic oral nursing in the nursing management of chronic periodontitis.Methods 98 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional routine nursing mode,while the research group carried out systematic oral nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance and satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic oral nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic periodontitis can significantly improve treatment compliance and satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
