新经济背景下我国各省市就业能力分析

Analysis of the Employment Ability of Chinese Provinces and Cities in the New Economy

新经济给中国就业市场带来了新业态、新动能、新模式。本文以2016年为节点,选取“十二五”规划末期到“十三五”规划前期5年新旧动能转换时期的数据,从面板数据岀发,综合熵值法、变异系数法和相关系数法建立集成模型对指标赋权并建立动态评价指标体系,分别从纵向和横向对新经济背景下全国(除港澳台地区)31个省市的就业能力进行动态分析并提岀针对性建议。

The new economy has brought new formats,new momentum,and new models to the Chinese job market.This article takes 2016 as the node,and selects the data from the end of the“12th Five-Year Plan”period to the“13 th Five-Year Plan”period of 5 years.It starts from the panel data,and establishes an integration model with the entiopy method,vaiiation coefficient method,and coiielation coefficient method to empowei the indicatois and then establish a dynamic evaluation indicatoi system.It analyzes the employment capacity of 31 piovinces and cities nationwide(except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions)in the new economy background and makes targeted iecommendations.
