优质护理服务在老年白内障护理中的作用

The role of quality nursing services in senile cataract care

目的:通过对老年白内障患者实施不同的护理方案,观察其临床效果,探究不同护理方案的临床应用特点。方法:从2016年1月至2018年12月来本院诊治的老年白内障患者中随机抽取84例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组42例:实施常规护理,观察组42例:实施常规护理+优质护理,比较两组护理效果和护理评分。结果:观察组满意人数有38例,总满意度为90.48%,高于对照组(83.33%)(χ~2=10.153,P<0.05);观察组患者专科护理评分为(91.45±5.21)分,高于对照组(t=10.254,P<0.05),环境满意评分为(99.24±4.68)分,高于对照组(t=14.642,P<0.05),护理服务态度评分为(96.45±3.78)分,高于对照组(t=12.542,P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可有效提高老年白内障患者的护理评分,提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of different nursing schemes for senile cataract patients and explore the clinical application characteristics of different nursing schemes. Methods: 84 cases of senile cataract patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group(42 cases) and observation group(42 cases). The nursing effect and nursing score were compared between the two groups. Results: The total satisfaction rate of 38 patients in the observation group was 90.48%, higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(χ~2=10.153, P < 0.05);the specialist nursing score of the observation group was(91.45±5.21) higher than that of the control group(t=10.254, P < 0.05), the environmental satisfaction score was(99.24±4.68) higher than that of the control group(t=14.642, P < 0.05), and the nursing attitude score was(96.45±3.78) higher than that of the control group(t=12.542,P < 0.05). Conclusion: High quality nursing service can effectively improve the nursing score of senile cataract patients and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
