在现代化社会的发展中,我国大型、复杂项目建设规模在不断扩大,PMC管理模式在工程项目管理中得到了有效应用,顺应了社会经济的快速发展,对分工提出了更加严格的要求,论文主要分析了PMC管理模式下的进度控制。

In the development of the modern society,the scale of construction of large and complex projects in China has been constantly expanding,the PMC management mode has been effectively applied in project management,and it has complied with the rapid development of the society and economy,and put forward more stringent requirements for the division of labor.This paper mainly analyzes the progress control under PMC management mode.
