摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和大数据时代的全面到来,大数据技术在企业人力资源管理中所发挥的作用和价值越来越大,极大地提升了人力资源管理的效率和质量,避免出现企业人才浪费的现象,提高了企业的核心竞争力和凝聚力。论文主要针对大数据在企业人力资源管理中的应用进行探究,希望为企业人力资源管理质量的提升提供参考。
With the continuous development of social economy and the full arrival of the era of big data,the role and value of big data technology in human resources management of enterprises is becoming more and more important,which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of human resources management,avoids the waste of enterprise talents,and improves the core competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises.This paper mainly explores the application of big data in human resources management of enterprises,hoping to provide a reference for the improvement of the quality of human resources management of enterprises.
