摘要
天津地铁11号线一期工程PPP项目作为中交集团2019年跟踪的重点大型项目之一,在集团层面的高度重视下进行了从资格预审到正式投标阶段的投标工作,有别于一般现汇项目的规模及投标方式,如何进行编标、组标及投标阶段的管理显得尤其重要。论文根据顺利中标天津地铁11号线一期工程PPP项目的实际投标管理经验进行论述,为今后大型项目的投标工作提供借鉴。
As one of the key large projects tracked by CCCC in 2019,the PPP projects of the first phase of Tianjin Metro Line 11 have carried out the bidding work from pre-qualification to formal bidding stage with great attention from the group level.Different from the scale and bidding mode of general spot projects,it is especially important to manage the bid preparation,bidding and bidding stages.This paper discusses the successful actual bidding management experience of PPP project of the first phase of Tianjin Metro Line 11,which can be used as a reference for large project bidding in the future.
