摘要
治理视域下我国高校教职工工会出现队伍老化、结构不合理、制度不完善、思想陈旧的问题,导致异化的深层原因在于高校教职工工会人员年龄组成、相关人员观念陈旧和组织制度不健全等。教学职工工会的治理途径包括:构建多元化的治理模式和主体多元化;构建教职工工会的共同体、目标的统一;构建多党互动机制和民主协商;提高教学工会的权威和团队的专业化;真正做好教师的实际工作、法律法规的完善和制度的制度化。
In the view of governance,the problems of aging labor unions,unreasonable structure,imperfect system and outmoded ideology have emerged in China's universities.The deep reasons of dissimilation in the age composition of the staff members of the labor union,the outdated ideas of the relevant staff and the imperfect organizational system.The management way of teaching worker labor union includes:building pluralistic management mode and main body pluralistic;constructing the community of the labor union and the unity of the goal;building a multi-party interaction mechanism and democratic consultation;improving the authority of the teaching union and the specialization of the team;doing a good job in the actual work of teachers,the improvement of laws and regulations and the institutionalization of the system.
