高校带动型政产学研协同创新是侧重政府机构参与的同时又强调以高校为中心的一种政产学研协同创新模式。论文旨在阐述高校引领新型政产学研协同创新模式内涵及不足的同时,结合张家港自身产业结构特点,突出高校的带动作用,通过多方的协调配合,充分发挥高校资源优势,推动张家港政、产、学、研以及其他主体之间的深度融合,提出优化张家港高校带动型政产学研协同创新路径,推动地方产业界技术创新与转型升级。

The collaborative innovation of university with dynamic and political industry,university and research is focused on the participation of government agencies,and also emphasizes the mode of university-centered and political industry,university and research cooperative innovation.The purpose of this paper is to explain the connotation and the shortage of the new-style and political industry,university and research collaborative innovation mode in the university,and to combine the characteristics of the industrial structure of Zhangjiagang,to highlight the driving effect of the university,and to give full play to the resources advantage of the university through the coordination of the multi-party,and to promote the deep integration of Zhangjiagang's government,industry,education,research and other subjects.It is proposed to optimize the collaborative innovation path of government,industry,university and research in Zhangjiagang Universities,and promote the technological innovation,transformation and upgrading of local industry.
