心理契约视域下高校高知群体发展党员工作创新机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,党中央高度重视高校高知群体的发展党员工作,但从发展工作中可以发现,由于受自身、组织、社会以及环境等因素影响,高校高知群体发展党员工作存在一定的困难。基于对心理契约理论的理解,论文将心理契约理论引入高校高知群体发展党员工作,通过夯实组织建设、强化人文关怀、形成自觉行动,从而达成心理契约的EAR循环,实现党员发展工作的困境突围。 In recent years,the Central Committee of the Communist of China attaches great importance to the work of developing Party members in high-knowledge groups in colleges and universities.However,from the development work,it can be found that there are some difficulties in the work of developing Party members in high-knowledge groups in colleges and universities due to the influence of their own,organization,society and environment.Based on the understanding of the theory of psychological contract,this paper introduces the theory of psychological contract into the work of developing Party members in high-knowledge groups in colleges and universities.Through strengthening the organizational construction,strengthening the humanistic care and forming the conscious action,so as to achieve the EAR cycle of psychological contract and break through the difficulties in the work of developing Party members.
