摘要
论文首先分析了风力发电的广阔前景,将逐步由补充能源向主力能源发展。其次分析了风力发电机组常见的两种基础形式,即基础环和预应力锚栓的优缺点,并根据分析和实践作出了随着机组大型化趋势的发展,预应力锚栓基础将成为未来的主要基础形式的判断。论文指出防腐技术是预应力锚栓结构面临的一个主要难点,同时总结了当前主要的几种锚栓防腐技术,并最终提出行业内各方应携手加大锚栓防腐技术的研究和经验总结推广,最终形成行业标准的建议。
Firstly,the paper analyzes the broad prospect of wind power generation,which will gradually develop from supplementary energy to main energy.Secondly,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of two common foundation forms of wind turbines,namely,foundation ring and prestressed anchor bolt,and makes a judgment that prestressed anchor bolt foundation will become the main foundation form in the future with the development of the upsizing trend of wind turbines based on the analysis and practice.This paper points out that anti-corrosion technology is a major difficulty for prestressed anchor bolt structure,summarizes several main anti-corrosion technologies at present,and finally puts forward the suggestion that all parties in the industry should work together to strengthen the research and experience summary promotion of anti-corrosion technology of anchor bolt,and finally forms the industry standard.
