摘要
化学灌浆的实质在于应用化学灌浆泵等压送设备将一定的无机或有机化学材料配制而成的真溶液注入各种介质裂缝或孔隙,然后使其渗透、扩散、胶凝或固化,以达到降低地层渗透性、防止地层变形、增加地层力学强度、增大地基承载力的目的。从目前来看,化学灌浆已在高坝基软弱岩带、断层带等地层较为复杂的区域得到了广泛应用。论文以锦屏一级水电站f2断层化学灌浆处理工程为实例,简述化学灌浆施工中的质量控制,以期为相关人员提供参考。
The essence of chemical grouting is to inject the true solution made of certain inorganic or organic chemical materials into the cracks or pores of various media with the equipment of chemical grouting pump,and then make it penetrate,diffuse,gel or solidify,so as to reduce the permeability of the formation,prevent the formation from deformation,increase the mechanical strength of the formation and increase the bearing capacity of the foundation.At present,chemical grouting has been widely used in high dam foundation soft rock zone,fault zone and other complex strata.Taking the chemical grouting treatment project of f2 fault of Jinping-I Hydropower Station as an example,this paper briefly describes the quality control of the chemical grouting construction,so as to provide a reference for relevant personnel.
