结直肠癌回肠造口患者营养状况与社会心理适应的关系研究

Correlation between nutritional status and psychosocial adaptation in colorectal cancer patients with ileostomy

目的探讨结直肠癌回肠造口患者营养状况与社会心理适应现状及关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、患者主观整体营养评估量表、造口患者社会心理适应量表对某三级甲等医院110例结直肠癌回肠造口患者进行调查。结果结直肠癌回肠造口患者营养状况总分为6.00(2.00,10.25)分;社会心理适应总分为(50.94±10.39)分;结直肠癌回肠造口患者营养状况得分与社会心理适应总分呈负相关(r=-0.795,P<0.01)。结论结直肠癌回肠造口患者的营养状况较差,社会心理适应水平较低,医护人员应关注结直肠癌回肠造口患者社会心理适应现状,帮助其正确认识、接纳造口的存在,提高心理社会适应水平,从而改善患者营养状况。

Objective To explore the present situation of nutritional status and psychosocial adaptation in patients with ileostomy for colorectal cancer,and to analyze the correlation.Methods A total of 110 patients with colorectal cancer after ileostomy were investigated by general information questionnaire,patient-generated subjective global assessment(PG-SGA) and Ostomy Adjustment Inventory-20(OAI-20).Results PG-SGA nutrition score of colorectal cancer patients with ileostomy was 6.00(2.00,10.25).The total score of social psychological adaptation was(50.94±10.39).The results of correlation analysis showed that PG-SGA score was negatively correlated with social psychosocial adaptation(r=-0.795,P<0.01).Conclusion The nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients with ileostomy is poor,and the level of psychosocial adaptation is low.Medical staff should pay attention to the status quo of psychosocial adaptation of colorectal cancer patients with ileostomy,help them correctly understand and accept the existence of stoma,improve the level of psychosocial adaptation,so as to improve the nutritional status of patients.
