民营三级甲等医院儿科护理学科建设成效探讨

Discussion on effectiveness of the construction of pediatric nursing subjects in third grade first class private hospitals

目的探索三级甲等民营医院儿科护理学科建设的实践经验与成果。方法参照三级甲等综合性医院评审条件中有关护理学科建设各项要求,制订3年建设规划,从护理管理体系、质量标准、人力资源等方面进行儿科护理学科建设。结果经过3年的学科建设,顺利通过三级甲等医院评审,儿科护理质量、安全、人力、科研能力等方面都明显改善。结论充分利用民营医院体制灵活的优势,通过有步骤的学科建设推动儿科护理发展。

Objective To explore the practical experience and results of pediatric nursing discipline construction in third grade first class private hospitals.Methods In base on the requirements of nursing discipline construction in evaluation conditions of third grade first class general hospital,to develop 3-year construction plan including nursing management system,quality standards and human resources.Results After 3 years construction,it had successfully passed the evaluation of third grade first class hospital,and the quality of pediatric caring,safety,human resources,scientific research ability and other aspects had significantly improved.Conclusion Private hospital should make full use of their flexible advantage to promote the development of pediatric nursing through the step-by-step discipline construction.
