延续护理对重型颅脑损伤患者影响的研究

Effect of continuous nursing on patients with severe craniocerebral injury

目的探讨延续护理对重型颅脑损伤患者的影响,为临床护理方式的选择和护理水平的提升提供数据支持。方法选取2016年3月至2017年2月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者59例为对照组,2017年3月至2018年2月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者60例为观察组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用延续护理,包括建立微信交流群、电话回访、成立延续护理门诊、成立"神脑俱乐部"等方法,并比较两组患者生存率、生存质量及护理满意度。结果观察组患者生存率、生存质量及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续护理应用于重型颅脑损伤患者不仅提高患者满意度,还能延长患者寿命、提高其生存质量,具有临床应用和推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and provide data support for the choice of clinical nursing.Methods A total of 59 patients with severe brain injury admitted from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the control group,and 60 patients with severe brain injury admitted from March 2017 to February 2018 as the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing mode.The observation group adopted continuous nursing,including establish WeChat platform,telephone visit,following forming continuous nursing dinics and craniocerebral club.The survival rate,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The survival rate,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing of severe craniocerebral injury can not only improve the patients satisfaction,but also prolong the life span and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth of clinical application and popularization.
