根本原因分析法在心脏介入择期手术接换台时间管理中的应用

The application of root cause analysis on management of operation intervals time for patients with selective operation of cardiac interventional therapy

目的探讨根本原因分析法在心脏介入择期手术接换台时间管理中的应用。方法运用根本原因分析法找出心脏介入择期手术接换台时间长的根本原因,制订并实施改进措施,比较实施前后手术接换台时间、手术接换台延迟发生率、手术接换台周转效率满意度。结果实施后手术接换台时间(20.92±1.71)min低于实施前(31.75±3.13)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后手术接换台延迟发生率为5.00%,低于实施前(17.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后手术接换台周转效率满意度为98.00%,高于实施前(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用根本原因分析法可有效缩短心脏介入择期手术接换台时间,提高了整体工作效率。

Objective To explore the application of root cause analysis(RCA)on management of the operation intervals time for patients with selective operation of cardiac interventional therapy.Methods RCA was applied to identify the primary causes of long operation intervals time for patients with selective operation of cardiac interventional therapy,then the corresponding corrective measures were draw up and implemented.The operation intervals time,the incidence of operation delay and satisfaction of the operation turn around efficiency before and after were compared.Results The operation intervals time in the observation group were(20.92±1.71)min,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(31.75±3.13)min,(P<0.05).The incidence of operation delay in the observation group was 5.00%,which were lower than that of the control group(17.00%),(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the operation turn around efficiency in the observation group(98.00%)were higher than that of the control group(76.00%),(P<0.05).Conclusion RCA shortens effectively the time during operation intervals of the selective operation of cardiac interventional therapy,improves the overall work efficiency.
