摘要
通过现浇后张法预应力钢筋混凝土屋盖、钢结构梁板屋盖、V形板和T形预制板屋盖和雁形板屋盖4种技术方案从造价、性能、安全、工期等4个方面进行对比、分析,最终确定采用雁形板屋盖;通过对雁形板屋盖裂缝机理、预应力张拉、吊装、安装、灌浆等关键工序的控制,实现了全场99块雁形板大型构件均一次预制及吊装成功。此次雁形板施工进行了多项施工技术创新,解决了雁形板构件表面积大易开裂、预应力张拉控制精度低、张拉过程中影响因素多、质量难以保证、雁形板吊装难度大且拼缝处易开裂等诸多难题。
Through the cast-in-place post-tensioning prestressed reinforced concrete roof,steel structure beam and slab roof,v-shaped slab and t-shaped prefabricated slab roof and yanan-shaped slab roof four technical schemes from the cost,performance,safety,construction period and other four aspects,the final determination of yanan-shaped slab roof.By controlling the crack mechanism,prestressed tensioning,hoisting,installation,grouting and other key processes of the yanan-shaped slab roof,99 largescale components of yanan-shaped slab roof were prefabricated and hoisted successfully.A number of construction technology innovations have been carried out in the construction of the yanan-shaped plate,which has solved many problems such as large surface area of the yanan-shaped plate members easy to crack,low precision of prestressing tensioning control,many influencing factors difficult to guarantee in the process of tensioning,difficult lifting of the yanan-shaped plate and easy cracking at the joint,etc.
