摘要 深圳北环电缆隧道工程土压平衡盾构机下穿深圳中心公园人工湖,施工过程中主要通过下穿前试验段掘进技术总结、自制高粘度水泥砂浆、掘进过程中同步进行水泥砂浆置换、带压开仓检查更换刀具、二次补强注浆等一系列技术措施克服了土压平衡盾构机下穿人工湖过程中遇地质情况复杂而出现的掘进参数异常、掌子面塌方、刀具磨损严重、管片渗漏水等险情,保证了施工安全与工程质量。并通过对本工程所采用的相关技术进行总结,为同类工程提供技术借鉴。 The earth pressure balanced shield machine of Shenzhen North Ring Cable Tunnel Project passes through the artificial lake of Shenzhen Central Park.During the construction process,several technical measures are adopted,such as summary of the driving technology before passing through the test section,self-made high viscosity mud,synchronous mud replacement during the driving process,inspection and replacement of tools with pressure,secondary reinforcement grouting,etc.The dangerous conditions such as abnormal tunneling parameters,collapse of palm face,severe tool wear and leakage of segment water occurred when EPB shield machine crossed artificial lake under complicated geological conditions,which ensured construction safety and engineering quality.By summarizing the related technologies adopted in this project,it provides technical reference for similar projects.
