摘要
针对大跨度空间曲面螺栓球网架的施工,经过多种方案比选,最终选择大坡度逆向累积滑移施工方案,在实施前系统分析了施工过程中的难点问题及解决这些问题所采取的技术措施。对施工过程进行了深入研究和模拟分析,重点介绍了大坡度逆向累积滑移施工技术。该施工技术可实现螺栓球网架与下部混凝土结构同步施工,加快项目建设进度起到了决定性作用。
For the construction of large-span space surface bolt ball net frame,after multiple comparisons,the large slope reverse cumulative slip construction scheme was selected,and the diffcult problems in the construction process and the techniques measures used to solve these problems were analyzed before implementation.In-depth research and simulation analysis of the construction process,focusing on the construction technology of large slope reverse cumulative slip.The construction technology can realize the synchronous construction of the bolt ball net frame and the lower concrete structure,and accelerate the project construction progress to play a decisive role.
