Feasibility Study Method for Estimating Unit Price of Village Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Network Project under World Bank Loan

基于世行贷款项目的特点(可研的设计深度相当于国内初设,以及提款报帐制的贷款方式),为较准确地编制农村供排水管网工程的可研估算投资,通过统一投资估算表的表格格式,确定估算表出项内容;确定主要材料预算价格的计价原则;确定管道的开挖回填断面形式,并根据管道埋深计算出管道每延米的土方开挖、砂垫层、回填砂、回填土、余土外运、因埋管而破除路面的面积等工程量;确定因埋管而挖除并修复的路面结构形式,从而较为准确地编制出各种规格的供排水管道、路面破除及修复的综合单价。

This paper is based on the characteristics of the World Bank loan project(the depth of feasibility study is equivalent to the initial establishment of the country,and the loan method of the withdrawal and reimbursement system),in order to accurately prepare the feasibility study and estimate investment of the rural water supply and drainage pipe network project.Through the tabular format of the unified investment estimation table,determine the contents of the estimated table output;determine the pricing principle of the main material budget price;determine the excavation backfill section form of the pipeline,and calculate the per-meter length of the pipeline according to the buried depth of the pipeline earthwork excavation,sand cushion,backfill sand,backfill soil,external soil transport,and the area of the pavement that is broken by the buried pipe;determine the pavement structure form that is excavated and repaired by the buried pipe,so that it is more accurate.The comprehensive unit price of various specifications of water supply and drainage pipelines,road surface damage and repair is compiled.
