摘要
对钢纤维体积率为1.5%的粉煤灰钢纤维超高强混凝土进行抗弯试验,获取其抗弯力学性能,初步探讨抗弯试验中的裂纹扩展和破坏过程。结果表明:对于抗压强度108.4MPa的粉煤灰钢纤维超高强混凝土,其抗弯强度达到了12.7MPa;在抗弯试验中,掺入的钢纤维能承担部分承载力,延缓裂纹的开裂,改善粉煤灰超高强混凝土的脆性性能。
Bending test of fly ash steel fiber reinforced ultra-high strength concrete with steel fiber volume fraction of 1.5%was carried out.Obtaining the mechanical properties of bending resistance,and preliminarily discussing crack propagation and failure in the bending test.The results show that the flexural strength of fly ash steel fiber reinforced ultra-high strength concrete with compressive strength of 108.4MPa reaches 12.7MPa;in the bending test,the steel fiber can bear part of the bearing capacity,delay cracking and improve the brittleness of fly ash ultra-high strength concrete.
