摘要 针对钢结构模块化超低能耗建筑研究与示范的研究意义与试点项目主要做法进行了介绍。该项目对钢结构模块化建筑引入超低能耗理念,通过工厂预制、现场拼装而成。对外维护设计、气密性设计、室内空气、能源补给、热舒适度等多方面进行专项设计,具有"环保、低碳、健康、安全、舒适、适老"的特征,对钢结构模块化超低耗建筑在部队营房项目、养老地产项目、特色小镇项目等的推广应用具有积极意义。 This paper introduces the significance of the research and demonstration of modular ultra-low energy consumption construction of steel structure and the main practices of the pilot project.The demonstration project introduces the concept of ultralow energy consumption to the modular structure of steel structure,which is made by factory prefabricated and on-site assembly.The demonstration projects are specially designed for external maintenance design,air-tight design,indoor air,energy supply,and thermal comfort,and have the characteristics of"environmental protection,low carbon,health,safety,comfort,and old age".It has positive significance for the promotion and application of modularized ultra-low-consumption construction of steel structure in the military barracks project,old-age real estate project,and special town project.
