摘要
文章基于教育生态学理论,以我校大学英语基层组织建设为研究对象,从教学管理、教学与科研、规章制度以及基层组织精神共同体方面分析了大学英语基层组织现状以及存在的问题,之后从教育生态学角度分析了大学英语基层组织的生物性、历时性、区域性以及统筹性特点;希望本研究对以理工科为特色的高校大学英语基层组织的建设提供参考,从而促进教学组织的可持续发展。
Based on the theory of educational ecology,the article takes the establishment of grass-roots English university organizations in our university as the research object,and analyzes the current situation and problems of grass-roots English university organizations from the aspects of teaching management,teaching and scientific research,rules and regulations,and the spiritual community of grass-roots organizations,and then from the aspects of biological,diachronic,regional,and co-ordination characteristics of grass-roots college English colleges.This research can provide a reference for the construction of grass-roots college English colleges featuring science and engineering,so as to promote the sustainable teaching organization development of.
