摘要
文章将微课和翻转课堂这种新的教学模式应用于留学生“线性代数”课程的教学中,取得了较好的教学效果。实践表明,小组学习机制是保证翻转课堂模式下学习效果的关键因素之一,教师除须具备基本的专业知识和教学技能外,还需扮演好学生课下自学的引导者和课中内化的组织者。
In this paper,we attempt to apply this new teaching model to the course teaching of linear algebra for foreign students.The results show that compared with the traditional teaching model,the new teaching model has improved the teaching effect significantly.Moreover,group learning mechanism is one of the key factors to ensure the learning effect under this new teaching model.Besides the basic professional knowledge and teaching skills,teachers should also play good roles in guiding the self-study after class and organizing knowledge internalization in class.
