学校教育的根本目的在于促进学生的全面发展,实现“完人”的教育目标。学校教育关注教师质量的提高、注重教师素养的提升,试图以教师的专业发展促进学生质量的提升,这是当代学校教育的基本使命。但教育的终点是倡导学生自我完善。因此,学校教育应重构价值观念,引导学生自我教育、促进学生自我发展。
