摘要
鉴于背景差异、顶层设计差异、专业历史差异等,不同高校的商科专业在专业影响力、社会认可度和知名度等方面不尽相同,那么如何让本校商科专业的毕业生在人才市场上具备竞争力和生存力,是相关高校人才培养必须解答的问题。文章以四川外国语大学成都学院经管系为例,探讨对该问题的解答。四川外国语大学成都学院经管系结合实际,找准切入点,发挥自身优势,寻求差异化发展,走出了一条适合自己的人才培养道路。该例或可为高校商科人才培养提供参考或借鉴。
Given the differences in background,top-level design,professional history,etc.,the business majors of different universities differ in terms of professional influence,social recognition,and popularity,so how to make business major graduates in talent market competitive,is a question that must be answered for talent training in related universities.The article uses the Department of Economics and Management of Chengdu University of Sichuan International Studies University as an example to discuss the answer to this question.The Department of Economics and Management of Chengdu University of Sichuan International Studies University has found the starting point for its own advantages,sought for differentiated development,and embarked on a road of talent training suitable for itself.This example may provide a reference or reference for the training of business talents in universities.
