非药物疗法对化疗所致的周围神经病变防治的研究进展

Research Progress in Non-drug Prevention and Treatment of Peripheral Neurotoxicity Induced by Chemotherapy

肿瘤的发病率逐年上升,化疗是一种重要的治疗方法,但化疗有众多不良反应,末梢神经炎是其中较为常见的一种,被称为化疗所致的周围神经病变(CIPN)。非药物疗法治疗CIPN的机制主要为改善神经周围的微循环和营养代谢,进而修复受损神经元细胞。运动疗法对CIPN患者的平衡功能具有显著的治疗作用;按摩疗法能改善手脚的冷热症状;针灸疗法能改善患者的神经传导速度;物理疗法可显著改善患者的疼痛情况。研究表明,非药物疗法对于CIPN有显著的预防和治疗作用,且方法简单、易行,不良反应小。

The incidence of tumors has been increasing year by year.Chemotherapy is an important treatment,but there are still many adverse reactions,of which peripheral neuritis is a common one,called chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN).The mechanism of non-drug therapy for CIPN is mainly to improve microcirculation and nutrient metabolism around the nerve,thereby repairing damaged neuronal cells.Exercise therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on the balance function of patients with CIPN.Massage therapy can improve the symptoms of cold and heat in hands and feet.Acupuncture can improve the nerve conduction velocity,and physical therapy can significantly improve the pain of the patients.Studies show that non-drug therapy has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on CIPN,which are featured with simple and easy operation and small adverse effects.
