Research Progress of Acupuncture Analgesia

术后疼痛是人体受到手术伤害刺激后的反应之一,针刺镇痛作为多模式镇痛的重要组成部分,其机制分不同角度和层次。针刺用于镇痛的方式多种多样,包括经皮穴位电刺激镇痛、毫针针刺镇痛、电针针刺镇痛、皮肤针针刺镇痛、皮内针针刺镇痛、穴位药物注射等。近年来,运用针刺辅助镇痛多见于头颈部、胸腹、盆腔、四肢等各部位手术,并且在临床和基础试验领域,针刺镇痛均取得了不同方面的研究成果。相信随着针刺镇痛机制的逐渐阐明,针刺流程将逐步规范,穴位配伍将形成统一标准。

Postoperative pain is one of the responses of human body to surgical injury.Acupuncture analgesia as an important part of multi-mode analgesia,has mechanisms from different angles and levels.There are many ways of acupuncture for analgesia,including percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation analgesia,filiform acupuncture analgesia,electroacupuncture analgesia,skin acupuncture analgesia,intradermal acupuncture analgesia,acupoint drug injection and so on.In recent years,acupuncture-assisted analgesia is often used in surgeries of head and neck,chest and abdomen,pelvic cavity,and limbs etc.,and acupuncture analgesia has achieved various research results in the field of clinical and basic trials.It is believed that with the gradual elucidation of the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia,the acupuncture process will be gradually standardized,and the compatibility of acupoints will form a unified standard.
