蒙西药治疗成人原发免疫性血小板减少症的药物经济学评价

Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation of Mongolian Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Adult Patients with Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

目的评价蒙药古日古木-8、人免疫球蛋白(IVIG)联合醋酸泼尼松片(PDN)治疗成人原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的经济性。方法采用回顾性分析法,将纳入的202例ITP患者分为蒙药组(65例)、西药组(69例)和联合组(68例),运用最小成本和成本效果分析法对3种治疗方案进行药物经济学评价。结果蒙药组、西药组、联合组治疗14 d和1年的有效率分别为60.00%,72.46%,73.53%和47.69%,37.68%,63.24%;平均成本分别为1072.4,21545.2,22771.1元和9425.25,29555.15,34206.04元;增量成本效果比为186.04。结论治疗ITP 14 d,蒙药组最经济,西药组和联合组次之;治疗1年,蒙药组最经济,联合组次之。

Objective To evaluate the economic efficiency of Mongolian medicine Gurigu-8,human immunoglobulin( IVIG) combined with prednisone acetate( PDN) in the treatment of adult primary immune thrombocytopenia( ITP). Methods A retrospective study was conducted. A total of 202 cases of ITP were enrolled and divided into the Mongolian medicine group,Western medicine group and Mongolian medicine combined with western medicine group,65,69 and 68 cases in each group. The pharmacoeconomic evaluation of the three schemes was carried out by cost minimization and the cost effectiveness analysis. Results The response rate of 3 groups treated for 14 d and 1 year were 60. 00%,72. 46%,73. 53% and 47. 69% 37. 68%,63. 24%,respectively. Conclusion Mongolian medicine is cost effective for ITP patients treated for 14 d,and is also cost effective treated for 1 year. Mongolian medicine combined with Western medicine is in the second place.
