再生聚酯及原生聚酯的染色性能差异及分析

Dyeing Properties Differences and Analysis of Recycled Polyester and Virgin Polyester

受国际国内环保理念的推广,再生聚酯的应用越来越受到纺织企业的关注。研究再生聚酯和原生聚酯在染色性能上的差异,结果发现在耐水洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度方面,再生聚酯的色牢度等级都比原生聚酯差一点,原因主要在于再生聚酯的分子链长度较短,低聚物含量较多和纯度相对低一些。研究结论对于指导再生聚酯在纺织鞋服领域的应用方面具有一定的意义,对于区分再生聚酯和原生聚酯也有一定的指导意义。

Due to the promotion of international and domestic environmental protection concepts,the application of recycled polyester has attracted more and more attention from textile companies.The differences in dyeing properties between recycled polyester and virgin polyester were studied.It was found that the color fastness grade of recycled polyester was higher than that of virgin polyester in terms of color fastness to washing,color fastness to perspiration and color fastness to rubbing.The main reasons were that the recycled polyester had a shorter molecular chain length,a higher oligomer content and a relatively lower purity・The conclusion had certain significance for guiding the application of recycled polyester in the fields of textile shoes and clothing,and also have certain guiding meaning for distinguishing recycled polyester and virgin polyester.
