基于BIM能力培养的工程造价专业实践教学模式创新探索

随着BIM技术在工程造价领域的深度应用,建筑行业发展新趋势推动下,对高校的工程造价专业人才培养提出了BIM能力方面的迫切要求。文章通过BIM能力分解与《高等学校工程造价本科指导性专业规范》融合,在工程造价实践教学模式方面提出了新的教学目标方案、课程内容构建与重组,以及创新的实践教学组织形式,为高校工程造价人才的BIM能力培养提供参考。

With the deep application of BIM technology in the field ofengineering cost and driven by the new trend of construction industry development,the urgent requirement of BIM ability is put forward for the training of engineeringcost professionals in Universities.Through the integration of BIM capability decomposition and"Guiding Specialty Specification for UndergraduateEngineering Cost in Universities",this paper puts forward new teaching objective scheme,curriculum content construction and reorganization,as well as innovative practical teaching organizational forms in engineeringcost practical teaching mode,which can provide reference for BIM capability training of engineeringcost talents in Universities.
