论梧州学院校企合作育人模式的教学改革创新

目的:分析梧州学院制药工程专业教学改革方式方法,总结培养应用型人才的校企合作育人模式。方法:分析制药类专业教学改革创新的必要性,制定针对性实践教学人才培养方案,多渠道建立高校教学实践平台,探索“厂中校”教学实践平台搭建规划,利用“政校企”合作平台及仿真系统模拟实验等辅助实践教学,加强实践能力的专业师资队伍的建设。结果:制药工程专业实践教学改革创新实现了“学生素质综合化,培养方案目标化,工程实践场景化,成才途径多样化”的高等技术型人才培养。结论:梧州学院制药工程专业应用型人才的校企合作育人模式逐步形成。

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the teaching reform methods of Pharmaceutical Engineering Specialty in Wuzhou University and summarize the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in training applied talents.METHODS:To analyze the necessity of teaching reform and innovation in pharmaceutical specialty,to formulate a training plan for practical teaching talents,to establish a teaching practice platform in Colleges and universities through multiple channels,to explore the construction plan of the teaching practice platform in"factory-school",and to strengthen the construction of professional teaching staff with practical ability by using the cooperative platform of"government-school-enterprise"and the simulation experiment of simulation system.RESULT:The practice teaching reform and innovation of pharmaceutical engineering specialty has realized advanced technical talents'cultivation characterized by comprehensive quality of students,targeted training program,scenario of engineering practice and diversified ways of becoming talents.CONCLUSION:The mode of school-enterprise cooperation in educating applied talents in pharmaceutical engineering specialty of Wuzhou University has gradually come into being.
