沙参麦门冬汤合二母散加减治疗感染后咳嗽经验

Experience of Shashen Maimendong Decoction and Ermu Powder in Treating Post-infectious Cough

感染后咳嗽是临床亚急性咳嗽最常见的病因,现代医学仍未明确其发病机制,目前治疗效果欠佳。中医学在治疗咳嗽病方面拥有许多临床经验,且疗效确切。杨毅教授从事中医临床呼吸专业教研工作三十年余,擅长运用中医及中西结合方法诊治感染后咳嗽、慢性咳嗽、支气管哮喘、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等急慢性呼吸道疾病。通过多年观察总结,审慎求因,在治疗感染后咳嗽时,针对部分患者表邪已去,辨为肺阴耗伤证,甚或兼见余热未尽者,运用滋阴润肺法,辨证选用沙参麦门冬汤合二母散随证加减,常获良效。该文旨在进一步总结感染后咳嗽的本病的病因病机,加深对方剂的理解运用,拓宽治疗思路,以飨同道。

Post-infection cough is the most common cause of clinical sub acute cough.The pathogenesis of modern medicine is still not well defined.And the effect of treatment is not good at present.Chinese medicine has a lot of clinical experience in the treatment of cough,and the curative effect is definite.Professor YANG Yi is engaged in clinical respiratory professional teaching and research of TCM for more than 30 years.He is good at treating acute and chronic respiratory diseases such as post-infection cough,chronic cough,bronchial asthma,pneumonia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and so on by using Traditional Chinese Medicine and the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine.Through years of observation and summary,we have carefully sought the cause,when treating post-infection cough.In view of the fact that some of the patients have gone away with superficial evils,they have been identified as Lung Yin depletion syndrome,or even if the residual heat has not been exhausted.Applying the method of nourishing Yin and moistening the Lung.Selecting of Shashen Maimendong decoction and Ermu powder according to Syndrome differentiation can often get good effects.This article aims to further summarize the etiology and pathogenesis,the understanding and use of prescription,broadening the treatment thinking of the disease,sharing it for everyone.
