按摩配合白芍络石方治疗脑血管病后痉挛性瘫痪的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Massage Combined with Baishaoluoshi Formula on Spastic Paralysis after Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:分析探讨针对脑血管病后痉挛性瘫痪患者实施按摩配合白芍络石方治疗的效果。方法:采用随机分组的方法将98例脑血管病后痉挛性瘫痪患者分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组采用按摩配合白芍络石方治疗方法,根据统计结果对比两组患者的临床效果。结果:经过两种方法的临床治疗后,观察组与对照组脑血管病后痉挛性瘫痪患者均取得了一定的治疗效果,但观察组的临床效果明显强于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血管病后痉挛性瘫痪患者采用按摩配合白芍络石方治疗后能够使患者病情得到好转,改善患者的生理功能,进而提高患者的的生活质量,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of massage combined with baishaoluoshi formula on spastic paralysis patients after cerebrovascular disease.Methods:98 patients with spastic paralysis after cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study object.98 patients with spastic paralysis after cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases).The control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group was treated with massage and baishaoluoshi formula,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared according to the statistical results.Results:After the two methods of clinical treatment,the observation group and the control group after cerebrovascular disease spastic paralysis patients have achieved a certain effect,but the clinical effect of the observation group is significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Concluison:The treatment of spastic paralysis after cerebrovascular disease with massage and baishaoluoshi formula can improve the patient's condition,improve the patient's physiological function,and then improve the patient's quality of life,which has high application value and is worth popularizing.
