丹参化瘀汤防治下肢静脉曲张腔内激光术后并发症疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on of Danshen Huayu Decoction after Laser Closure of Varicose Veins in Lower Extremities

目的:探讨丹参化瘀汤防治下肢静脉曲张腔内激光术后并发症的疗效。方法:将在我院就诊的60例下肢静脉曲张患者随机分成两组,根据不同的术后处理方案的将其分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组的患者采用腔内激光闭合术治疗,术后常规处理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用我院名老中医周玉朱老先生的经验方丹参化瘀汤,在术后第3天,第7天和术后1月观察皮下血肿、皮下瘀血、患肢肿胀、患肢麻木的临床表现。结果:丹参化瘀汤在术后第7天和术后1月的并发症明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参化瘀汤在预防下肢静脉曲张腔内激光闭合术术后的并发症方面有确切疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza decoction on the complication of varicose veins in lower extremity.Methods:60 patients with varicose veins of lower limb in our hospital were divided into two groups at random,according to its different postoperative treatment scheme of divided into the treatment group 30 cases and control group,30 cases in the control group were treated by intracavity laser for the treatment of closed,postoperative routine treatment,on the basis of the observation group in the control group used our name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine payoff was ZHOU Yuzhu old man experience of salvia miltiorrhiza blood soup,3 days after surgery,January 7 days and postoperative observation ecchymoma,subcutaneous blood stasis,limb swelling,limb numbness of clinical manifestations.Results:The complications of Danshen Huayu decoction on the 7th day and 1 month after the operation were significantly less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction is effective in preventing complications after laser closure of varicose veins in lower extremities.
