通络解毒方联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化失代偿期临床研究

Clinical Observation of TongLuo Jiedu Decoction Combined with Entecavir in Treating Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Decompensation

目的:观察通络解毒方联合恩替卡韦方案治疗乙肝肝硬化失代偿期患者的肝功能、病毒复制情况及Child-Pugh评分和中医症候评分。方法:选择40例患者并随机分为两组,治疗组20例,采用通络解毒方+恩替卡韦方案。对照组20例仅予恩替卡韦方案。两组患者在治疗3月后进行评价结果:在病毒复制改善方面,治疗组与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05),在患者肝功能和中医证候改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通络解毒方联合恩替卡韦方案治疗乙肝肝硬化失代偿期,能改善患者肝功能并提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of tongluo Jiedu decoction combined with entecavir in treating patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:40 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,The control group(20 cases)was treated with entecavir and the treatment group(20 cases)with tongluo Jiedu decoction combined with entecavir.Two groups of patients were evaluated after three months of treatment.Results:there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of improvement of viral replication(P>0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in terms of liver function and improved Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Tongluo Jiedu decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of liver cirrhosis decompensation stage can improve the liver function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
