自拟清热利胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Qingre Lidan Decoction in Treating Chronic Cholecystitis of Liver and Gallbladder

目的:探讨自拟清热利胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者的临床效果。方法:随机抽取符合标准的肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者90例,按照入院先后顺序随机分为对照组(n=45),研究组(n=45),其中对照组采用消炎利胆片进行治疗,研究组采用清热利胆汤进行治疗,治疗6个周之后,观察2组患者治疗效果并进行分析。结果:研究组总疗效例数、痊愈例数、好转例数、均高于对照组,无效例数小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗之前,症状积分差异性较小,无统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗之后,研究组症状积分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟清热利胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎临床疗效显著,安全性高,可以有效患者患者病症,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Qingre Lidan Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder.Methods:90 patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder dampness were randomly selected from February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=45)according to the order of admission.The patients were treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets.The study group was treated with Qingre Lidan Decoction.After 6 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The total number of cases,the number of cases of recovery,and the number of cases of improvement were higher in the study group than in the control group.The number of invalid cases was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the control group and the study group before treatment.The difference was small and not statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of self-made Qingre Lidan Decoction for the treatment of hepatobiliary damp-heat type chronic cholecystitis has significant clinical efficacy,high safety,and can effectively treat patients with symptoms,which is worth promoting.
