中医正骨手法联合弹性髓内钉固定儿童尺桡骨骨折

Clinical Observation of Bone-setting Manipulation Combined with Elastic Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Ulnar and Radial Fractures

目的:观察中医正骨手法联合弹性髓内钉固定儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析河南省中医院急救创伤中心创伤骨科2017年6月—2018年5月收治的19例儿童尺桡骨骨折,均采用中医正骨手法复位后弹性髓内钉固定治疗,观察患者骨折愈合时间,术后6个月优良率及术后并发症发生情况。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间6~12月,平均(9.05±1.985)月;所有患者骨折均获愈合,临床愈合时间4~7周,平均(5.37±0.955)周;术后6个月优良率为94.74%。随访期间出现钉尾刺激2例,无神经损伤、骨骺损伤、复位丢失、畸形愈合等并发症发生。结论:中医正骨手法联合弹性髓内钉固定儿童尺桡骨骨折具有满意疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bone-setting manipulation combined with elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children’s ulna and radius fractures.Methods:19 children with ulnar and radius fractures admitted to the department of traumatic orthopaedic were retrospectively analyzed.All of them were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Bone-setting manipulation combined with elastic intramedullary nail.The healing time of fracture,the excellent and good rate of 6 months after operation and the occurrence of complications were observed.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,with an average follow-up period of(9.05+1.985)months.Fractures healed in all patients.The clinical healing time was 4-7 weeks,with an average of(5.37+0.955)weeks.The excellent and good rate was 94.74%at 6 months after operation.During the follow-up period,there were 2 cases of nail tail stimulation,and no complications such as nerve injury,epiphyseal injury,loss of reduction and malunion occurred.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Bone-setting manipulation combined with elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children’s ulna and radius fractures has a satisfactory effect.
