中药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘研究概况

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Cough Variant Asthma in Children

目的:搜集、分析国内外中药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床研究文献并进行整理综述,旨在明确中医药治疗该病的优势,以指导临床应用。方法:检索中英文数据库(CNKI、万方、维普、PubMed),以“儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘”或“小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘”“中药”“随机对照”等为关键词,收集相关文献。结果:从病名、病因病机、辨证分型、中药治疗等方面进行了综述。结论:中药或中西医结合治疗小儿CVA,能显著改善咳嗽症状,缩短咳嗽消失时间,提高临床有效率,且用药安全,不良反应少、轻。

Objective:To collect and analyze the clinical research literature of Chinese and foreign traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children,and to summarize and summarize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease to guide clinical application.Methods:Search Chinese and English databases(CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu,PubMed),and collect relevant literature with keywords such as“children with cough variant asthma”or“pediatric cough variant asthma”,“Chinese medicine”and“randomized control”.Results:The disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment were reviewed.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine or combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of children with CVA can significantly improve the symptoms of cough,shorten the time of cough disappearance,improve clinical efficiency,and safe medication,less adverse reactions.
