基于产业扶贫视角下的黔西南州薏苡产业发展融资问题研究

Research on the Financing of the Job’s-tears Industrial Development on Qiangxinan Prefecture in Guizhou from the Perspective of Industrial Poverty

黔西南州薏苡产业在扶贫中扮演了重要角色。随着产业发展,薏苡产业扶贫面临着新形势和新问题,其中企业、农户融资困难问题最为突出。为解决这一根源性问题,从政府、企业、金融机构角度提出方案和思路,为下一个阶段黔西南州薏苡产业扶贫工作取得新战果提供决策依据。

Job’s-tears industry played an important role in poverty alleviation in qianxinan prefecture in Guizhou province.With the development of industry, job’s-tears industry was confronted with new situation and problems in poverty alleviation, among which the financing difficulties of enterprises and farmers were the most prominent.In order to solve the root cause of the problem, this paper proposed the scheme and thought from the perspectives of the government, enterprises and financial institutions, so as to provide decision-making basis for the new achievements in the industrial poverty alleviation work of job’s tears in qianxinan prefecture in the next stage.
