摘要
对2000~2018年柳州企事业单位部分正交试验论文作者的工作单位、正交试验采用的正交表、正交试验几种常用辅助方法的使用情况进行统计。分析了柳州市正交试验研究的现状,发现存在的问题是:L9(34)这一张表应对了79%的工艺问题,其它的正交表用的很少;几种常用的灵活运用方法用的很少;很少使用"撒小网"方式做第二次试验;三水平试验很少使用趋势图;高校单独完成的论文占所有论文的71%,校企合作、企业单独完成的研究较少。认为理解不同正交表的性质、明确不同正交表的应用前提,从而有针对性地选用合适的正交表及灵活的实验分析方法,是解决目前柳州市企事业单位应用正交法存在问题的关键所在。
This paper analyzed the current situation of orthogonal experiment research in liuzhou City and found that the existing problems are: L9(34) table addresses 79 % of technological problems and other orthogonal tables are rarely used;several commonly used flexible methods are rarely used;the second experiment was rarely conducted using the "casting small nets" method;tendency charts were rarely used in the three-level orthogonal experiment;papers completed by the university alone accounts for 71 % of all the papers and there are fewer researches completed by school-enterprise cooperation and enterprises alone. It is believed that understanding the nature of different orthogonal tables and clarifying the application preconditions of different orthogonal tables so that the targeted selection of suitable orthogonal tables and flexible experimental analysis methods are the key to solve the problems existing in the application of orthogonal methods in liuzhou enterprises and institutions.
