不同浓度表皮生长因子(EGF)对鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞生长的影响

Different Concentrations of Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) on Chicken Embryo Cecum Epithelial Cell Growth

为了研究不同浓度表皮生长因子(EGF)对鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞生长的影响,通过体外培养鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞,添加不同浓度表皮生长因子(EGF,0、10、20、30、40 ng/mL)对鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞生长的影响,并对体外培养的鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞进行了碱性磷酸酶鉴定,细胞形态学观察贴壁率,测定生长曲线。结果显示:加入20 ng/mL的EGF,对鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞增殖的促进作用是极显著的(P<0.01)。表明EGF作为重要的细胞因子之一,参与调节并促进鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞体外生长。

In order te study tie effects of diierent concentratione of Epidermal Growth Factor on the growth of chicken embryo cecum epitheliat cells.By culturing normat chicken embryo cecum epitheliat celle in vitro,observing tUe result of adding different concentrations of EGF(0,10,20,30,40ng/mL)on chicken embryo cecum epitheliat cells,identifying cultured chicken embryo cccum epitUeliai cells in vitro by alkaline phosphatase,and observing the growth of determining the adherencc rate and the growth curve,we can see that the promoting effects of propagation of chicken embryo cecum epithelial cells which are added 20ng/mi EGF are the extreme ty sianificant(P<0.01).As one of the important cytokines,EGF reeulates and promo tee the growth of chicken embryo cecum epitheliat cells in vitro.
