貉源肺炎克雷伯菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了确定引起貉肺炎的病原菌,本试验从临床貉子死亡病例中分离到的1株病原菌,命名为HM-1,试验采用分离培养、纯培养、形态观察、生化鉴定、16S rRNA序列测序等方法进行了鉴定。结果表明,分离菌株HM-1呈杆状、革兰染色阴性;16S rRNA基因序列通过NCBI的Blast检索系统进行序列同源性分析,HM-1株与克雷伯菌F2R9以及01A030聚为一支,相似度为最高,达到99.8%,确定分离菌株HM-1为肺炎克雷伯菌。动物致病性试验表明分离株HM-1株具有较强的致病性。药敏试验说明分离菌株HM-1株对头孢噻肟高度敏感,对卡那霉素、新霉素、头孢曲松中度敏感,对青霉素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星等10种药物耐药。本试验为防治貉肺炎克雷伯菌引起的肺炎提供一定的参考依据。 The aim of this study wae to identify a suspected pathooenic bacterium isolated from the clinicci death cases of Raccoon doe,The isolated bacterium was named as HM-1.The suspected bacteria strain was analyzed by the methods of isolation cuituro,morphologicai observetion,16S rRNA sequencing,drug sensitivity test and anirnal toxicity tese The results showed that the suspected strain was rod-shaped and Gram-negative.The 16S rRNA sequencc analysis showed that it shared 99.8%homology with Klebsiella pneumoniae standard strain sequence of the F2R9 and 01A030.The strain HM-1 was identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae.The resnlts of pathogenicity tests showed that the isolated strain was pathogenic.Results of drug susceptibilit test indicated that the isolate strain was highly sensitive te cefotaxime,moderately sensitive te kanamycin,neomycin,ceftriaxone and not sensitive te peniciilin as well as florfenicol etc.The research provides a certain referencc for the prevention and treatment of the Klebsiella pneumoniae.
