摘要
为了探讨二醇型人参茎叶总皂苷(PPD-Gsls)和三醇型人参茎叶总皂苷(PPT-Gsls)对小鼠的抗疲劳作用,将小鼠(雄性)随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、PPD-Gsls和PPT-Gsls低剂量组10 mg/kg·bw·d、PPD-Gsls和PPT-Gsls中剂量组20 mg/kg·bw·d、PPD-Gsls和PPT-Gsls高剂量组40 mg/kg·bw·d,通过负重游泳试验进行抗疲劳作用研究,分别测定小鼠的体重、力竭游泳时间、肌糖原、肝糖原、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血乳酸(LD)等指标,分析PPD-Gsls和PPT-Gsls抗疲劳的功效。结果显示:PPD-Gsls和PPT-Gsls可延长小鼠的力竭游泳时间、提高肌糖原和肝糖原含量、降低血清中LD含量及提高LDH活力。表明PPD-Gsls和PPT-Gsls均具有抗疲劳作用。
Investigate the anti-fatigue effects of Protopanaxadiol-type ginseng stem and leeve saponin(PPD-Gsls)and Protopanaxatriol-type ginseng stem and leave saponin(PPT-Gsls)on Mice.The mice(male)were randomly divided into blank group,controlgroup,PPD-Gsls and PPT-Gsls low dose group 10 mg(kg·d),PPD-Gsls and PPT-Gsls medium dose group 20 mg(kg·d),PPD-Gsls and PPT-Gsls high dose group 40 mg/(kg·d)te study the anti-faticue effect through swimming tese determination of the weight of mice,liver glycogen,muscle glycogen,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),blood lactate(LD)and other indicators,and anti-fatigue effect analysis of PPD-Gsls and PPT-Gsls.PPD-Gsls and PPT-Gsls prolonged the exhausted swiniming tinie,increased the content of muscle glycooen and liver glycooen,decrease the content of LD in serum and increased the activim of LDH.Both PPD-Gsls and PPT-Gsls have anti-fativue effects.
