摘要 21世纪以来,教育部在师范生培养方面出台一系列相应的政策与措施,在支持师范生教育实习方面做出很大支持,也对教育实习做出一些具体的规定。从世界范围看,重视未来教师培养的实践环节已经成为当代国际教师教育政策的共识。通过一定的理论指导,发现当今大学与中小学合作过程中出现的问题,并试图寻求解决方法,促进师范生更好地实习。 Since the 21 st century, the Ministry of Education has issued a series of corresponding policies and measures in the training of normal students. It has made great support in supporting the educational internships of normal students, and has also made some specific regulations on educational internships. From a global perspective, the practice of attaching importance to future teacher training has become the consensus of contemporary international teacher education policy. This article will also use some theoretical guidance to discover the problems that arise in the process of cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools today, and try to find solutions to promote better internships for normal students.
