摘要
目前,家政已经成为社会的重要产业,但是行业低端化导致创新创业人才严重匮乏。高职院校通过采取和政府共建家政创业园,和企业共建创业学院,打造院园融合模式,在协同育人、导师培养等方面共同推进家政服务与管理专业开展创新创业人才培养,通过建立保障机制、构建课程体系、开展师资培养,明显提高家政服务与管理专业创新创业人才培养成效。
At present,housekeeping has become an important industry in society,but the low-end industry leads to a serious shortage of innovative entrepreneurs.Higher vocational colleges have promoted the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship talents in the field of home administration service and management through the co-construction of home economics entrepreneurship Park with the government and enterprise entrepreneurship college,building the integration mode of college and garden,and promoting the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurship talents in the field of home administration service and management through the establishment of safeguard mechanism,the construction of curriculum system and the development of teacher training,which has significantly improved the innovation and Entrepreneurship of home administration effectiveness of personnel training.
