摘要 随着当今社会信息化的急速发展,城市管理者需要更加全面、精细、智能的地图资料,传统的地图已经越来越不能满足生产的需求。激光点云数据通过坐标转换与投影的方式得到具有距离信息的深度图像,将点云的高精度特性赋予全景影像,从而使得全景影像具有可量测功能。本文通过构建基于B/S架构的可量测全景平台,能够提供直观、快速、精确的多样化信息,满足城市规划、智慧城市、公众地图、实景旅游等城市管理与大众的信息需求。 With the rapid development of information technology in today’s society,urban managers need more comprehensive,detailed and intelligent map datum,and traditional maps have become increasingly unable to meet the needs of production.The laser point cloud data obtains a depth image with distance information by coordinate conversion and projection,and imparts a high-precision characteristic of the point cloud to the panoramic image,thereby making the panoramic image have a measurable function.By constructing a measurable panoramic platform based on B/S architecture,this paper can provide intuitive,fast and accurate diversified information to meet the urban management and public information needs of urban planning,smart city,public map,real-life tourism and other urban management and public information needs.
