高职院校教工党支部建设中的有关问题研究

高职院校教工党支部是党的基层组织,着力抓好教工党支部的建设,充分发挥其在教书育人、立德树人方面的重要作用,是各高职院校义不容辞的责任和义务。文章主要分析了高职院校教工党支部在建设过程中的有关问题,力求为基层党组织的建设提供一定的借鉴。

The Party branch of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges is the grass-roots organization of the party. It is the duty of all higher vocational colleges to focus on the construction of the Party branch and give full play to its important role in teaching and cultivating students. This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the construction process of the Party branch of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, in order to provide some reference for the construction of the party organizations at the grass-roots level.
