摘要
由于企业经营目标与学校培养目标之间有较大差异,高职院校顶岗实习的效果和学生满意度并不是很理想。根据多年的顶岗实习现场实践经验,本文将对高职顶岗实习存在的问题进行全面分析和总结,结合精细化管理思维对顶岗实习主体责任和操作流程进行详细论述。
On-job practice in higher vocational colleges is mainly based on enterprises, and is managed according to the needs of enterprises. Due to the great difference between the business objectives and the school training objectives, the effect of practice and students satisfaction are not good enough. Based on years of on-job practice management experience, this paper makes an analysis and summary of the problems existing in on-job practice of higher vocational students, and discusses the main responsibility and operation process of on-job practice in detail combined with refined management thinking.
