摘要
第二课堂在拓展学生视野、加深对专业知识的理解、提升综合素质、发掘潜能等方面具有十分重要的作用。高职院校科技类第二课堂存在数量少、学生参与度不高、活动无计划、流于形式等问题,不利于高素质复合型人才的成长。通过落实第二课堂成绩单制度,设置第二课堂导师,对第二课堂学习成果进行认定和激励,提高了学生参与第二课堂的内生动力,促进了科技类第二课堂活动的常态化运行和健康发展,有利于学生全面成长和个性化发展。
Extracurricular activity plays an important role in expanding students’ vision, deepening their understanding of professional knowledge, improving their comprehensive quality and exploring their potential. There are some problems in the extracurricular activities of science and technology in higher vocational colleges, such as the small quantity, the low participation of students, the unplanned organization, which are not helpful in training high-quality and compound skilled talents. Through the implementation of the extracurricular activity report card system, the establishment of extracurricular activity tutors, the recognition and encouragement of extracurricular activity results, the students’ internal motivation to participate in extracurricular activities is improved, the normal operation and healthy development of science and technology extracurricular activities are promoted, and the comprehensive and personalized development of students is achieved.
