基于虚实结合的五轴加工技术实训方案设计

摘要 本文将CAM软件NX10.0和加工虚拟仿真平台VERICUT8.1.1引入职业教育五轴加工技术实训课堂,提出了五轴加工虚实结合的实训方案;以全国技能大赛赛题为项目载体,采用项目教学法的综合实训模式,克服了高职院校缺少五轴加工设备的现状;采用新旧知识耦合,巩固已学知识和技能;对知识进行逐级递进式分解,深入浅出;经过实际教学验证,实训方案可以提高学生对数控加工技术的综合应用能力。 The CAM softwareNX10.0 and virtual simulationsoftware VERICUT8.1.1 have been introduced into five axis machining skills training class of vocational education.A five axis machining skills training planwasput forward,with the national skills competition contest for project carrier,using comprehensive-project training mode,by which higher vocational colleges can overcome the lack of five-axis machining equipment.Old and new knowledge coupling in the scheme,consolidate the knowledge and skills.The result of teaching practice show that this training scheme can actually improve students’comprehensive application ability of NC machining technology.
